Souka slowly moved his way throught he surrounding brush, not making a sound as he moved nearer to the waterfall. He had heard that there was a pack that used this territory, and he knew that he was already with-in their territory for he pAssed their scent markers a little ways back. Breaking through the trees he found himself standing in soft sand, the little area infront of him was a river bursting over the edge of the cliff into the pool below. Approching the edge of the cliff he caught his breath, would these wolfs be as hostile as that Black wolf that killed his family.....or would they understand his position.....he didn't know the answer for any of these but he knew that he would get through this either way. Standing at the edge of the cliff he let out a howl that sounded over the waterfall and into the woods around him. He glanced around nervously, waiting to see which direction the Alpha woudl come from, he even glanced down the cliff to make sure there was no way of approching him from the back.

The air was heavy with moisture, why? The waterfall of course. In the pool below large, shiny fish moved back and forth, jumping up into the air under the falling water of the waterfall. Shadows were heavy around here, what's where it got it's name. But one shadow was different, completly hidden, blending with the land. What was so special about this shadow? In it stood a large male Timber wolf, teeth bared, tail raised, and head held high. No one tresspAsses. Moving forward the dark wolf unveiled his position, shifting the shadows away and revealing himself for the first time to this, outlander. His eyes narrowed, but he did not attack, he was simply defending his territory. "What is your business here?" His voice was deep, almost threatening, and yet mysterious.

Souka stepped back as he saw this new wolf just 'appear' out of nothing. How did he just show up, when he wasn't there before. Straiting up Souka met this new wolfs eyes with his 'i don't care' expression. "I'm here looking for the Alpha of this pack, would that be you" Souka asked, not changing his expression. If this was the Alpha then he was more then he had thought, he was more deadly then the Black wolf he wanted to kill so badly. Just to be able to show up out of no where ment that if there was a fight he had little chance of getting out of it. He would ahve to do what he came here to do, he would have to join this pack. If this pack had powe rof this sort then he could grow stronger, he could grow into a wolf that could avenge his mother and brothers! But what would be the cost to have such strength? Souka watched the wolf in front of him, quickly glancing over him to get an idea of who he was meeting.

Cavari smiled, but he still held his head higher than Souka's and his tail was the same way. "Then you would be right, I am the alpha." Moving to the right Cavari watched Souka closely. Pulling the shadows near them again it seemed as if the shadows of the forest started to close in on the young wolf. With curious eyes Cavari spoke again, "You seem, brave pup. Now what do you wish to gain from meeting the alpha?" The large Timber wolves brown eyes gazed into Souka's, and on his black, gray crested, pelt clung dew drops from the spray of the waterfall. Souka held his glaze but was aware of the shadows of the forest moving, an illusion? Maybe, maybe not, but he wouldn't let bother him, he would find a way to get into this Alphas pack even if it killed him.But what if it did just that? He wouldn't be able to avenge his mother and brothers, he wouldn't get strong and make their spirits proud. Mentally shaking his head he focused on the task at hand, if he had to prove himself then he would do so without dying. "My name is Souka, and I have searched for you with the wish of joining your pack" he said, lowering his head slightly, but keeping his gaze fixed on the Alpha in front of him.

Cavaries deep brown eyes burned into the loner wolves. "Join the pack?" his voice was laced with slight aggitation, to him voice tone and eye contact meant everything. But he ignored it, after all he seemed young. "So tell me, Souka, what can you offer to the pack? Any specific talents?" The pack had been very small lately, the numbers were dwindling in every single pack. Why? The storm several months ago killed many, but slowly new wolves made their way to the packs, making them stronger every day.

Souka thought about what talents he 'Might' have, but he couldn't think of any at the moment. panicking wouldn't do him any good so he threw that out and went on to what he could try and do. Raising his head to be level with his body as he gazed into the Alphas eyes. "I would kill without second thought" Souka said, a light snarl in his voice as he thought of the black wolf from his past " At all truth i haven't much fighting experience...i've only been in one or two fights if you would even call them that" He felt his mind ticking away at ideas of what he could say next, planning what the Alpha would do with each word said. Fighting chances: none, Running chances: none, Joining the Pack:Wavering....Souka watched the wolf, what more could he say?

Wind raced through the forest, buffeting the alphas pelt. He blinked, not muc talent in his eyes. So he snorted and looked Souka from head to tail. I can find a spot for him. He nodded "So you haven't really fought, or anything like that. But you want to kill something?" His keen eyes locked on Soukas, not challenging but searching. "I could find a place for you, eventually, but if you wish to join you have to give me your word you wil practice." His eyes narrowed, "But don't go looking for trouble, if you need someone to practice fight with, ask around the pack." He paced around Souka, looking for injuries or anything else. "We need fighters, so here are the rules. You must follow the wolves in your pack that have more authority. When called on, respond, or else. Do not act upon an action without talking to me first, and If there is an outsider, whom does not attack you, if you do try to take them hostage and bring them, make sure they are under controll. Understand?"

Souka went over the rules being placed in his head, examining each before coming up with an answer. "I will train, and i understand your laws" Souka said, keeping his eyes on the Alpha"
