Haha, first chat thread, awsome.
Okay, anyway,this really isn't much of a thread, but hey.

My problem:
My birthday is coming up soon [August 8th] and my parents/grandparents/ect family members are asking what I'd like for my birthday. I would LOVE [lovelovelove] to get a tablet and/or animation shop[AS on the poll]. Now, my aunt never gets me what I ask for [doesn't matter, she gets me awsomely cool things anyway xD] and my uncle's dealing with family issues right now, so I just told him money. xD
My family isn't rich [at least, not the part of the family that buys me things] and both items are fairly expensive. I could wait, but I want to get my cartoon idea off the ground asap. Plus, I want to be better in animation clAss and show my teacher "LOOK. I CAN DO THINGS ON THE INTERWEBS!"

You should save up money as best you can they buy what you really want first then wait tell x-mas.

Yeah, okay, but idk which one I want more. I mean, if I get animation shop first, I'd have to take 3,384,374,333,098,123,243,906,482,000,000,000.000,000,000 hours to scan or 5 hours to finish the entire thing on MSP. If I got a tablet it'd STILL take 5 hours, but it'd look nicer. idk.

Tablets look awsome, I want one too but my dad doesn't care enough about me really and my mom can't aford it x.x and I have no grandparents (well a grandma but she is insane), and my cousins aren't close x.x But anywho...

The school would shoot me in the head with a staple gun if they found out I'd downloaded it from them. Quite literally, I'm sure.
My uncle told her about that, how the kids download Photoshop from school, and the school is happy to help. Pff, not MINE. Dx My school is charter; the tech lab/visual arts conservatory is too POOR to be 'happy to help.' lol

D'aw. D: There might be some good ones for cheap on EBay. I haven't looked yet, but I might in the future. xD
